Rudy Gets on the Change Wagon

…Well, kinda. Talking to the Miami NBC station (in an unfortunately poorly mic’d interview), Giuliani explains that he’s going to change things as President, just like as he did in New York. For example, Cuba. When the Cuban government shows real change, he’ll think about changing US policies. And he thinks that might happen soon, since our same old strategy has been working so well.

Oh, and we need to end illegal immigration. How? By making people identify themselves when they come into the country. Then he’s going to cut taxes, and put more money into private enterprise.

But he’s not just talking about 9/11.
